Starting in April 2020, Skookum Environmental Advisors is providing free services to certified DMWESB/SDVB construction firms in the Portland Metro. This free service is funded by the City of Portland and is available for a limited time – first come, first served. This service includes:
- Education on the timing of the Clean Air Construction Standards
- Onsite review of your vehicles and equipment, confirming emission certification status;
- Analysis of compliance options including short term rental and leasing, aftermarket exhaust controls, engine repowering, and vehicle/equipment replacement
- Information on available grant and other financial assistance
